This form provides CRSL with the needed teacher account information. This is a manual process… The educator fills out the form. CRSL uses the form information and checks against the list of authorized users provided to us by the school.

Alternatively we can obtain a list provided by the school administrator.

Once we have the email, we send a link and a password to the account creation page.
